About the role
The Cellular Telephone Technician will provide on‑site installation, maintenance and repair of telephone equipment for Mobile Care’s customers in Fredericton. This role involves testing systems, diagnosing faults and ensuring reliable service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware.
- Repair or replace defective telephone equipment and components.
- Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults and analyze results.
- Adjust, change or repair switching systems, network equipment and related software.
- Complete and maintain detailed test and service reports.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
- 1–2 years of experience in telephone installation and repair.
- Client‑focused, organized, accurate and dependable.
Required skills
- Operate computerized testing systems for service tests.
- Install and maintain telephone equipment and wiring.
