About the role

As a Wireless Sales Associate you will be the go‑to person for customers seeking the right wireless solutions. You will sell devices, plans and accessories, handling new activations, upgrades and prepaid plans across a multi‑carrier platform.

Key responsibilities

• Process new activations, upgrades and prepaid plan changes for customers.
• Close sales on wireless devices, accessories and service plans.
• Provide expert guidance on a range of carriers including Rogers, Bell, Telus and others.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and meet sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a passion for mobile technology and sales.
• Strong desire to achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major Canadian wireless carriers (Rogers, Bell, Telus, Koodo, Fido, Public Mobile, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Lucky Mobile, Chatr).
• Experience using a multi‑carrier sales platform or point‑of‑sale system.
