About the role
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our construction and renovation projects in Brampton, delivering high‑quality woodwork for commercial, residential and industrial sites.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare estimates of labour and material costs.
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes and lightweight steel components.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
- Schedule and coordinate work on sites, supervise apprentices and other workers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of carpentry experience.
- Ability to work in confined, noisy, dusty and outdoor environments.
- Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, lift heavy loads and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Blueprint reading.
- CADD software operation.
- Cost estimating.
