Candidate Experience Lead

About the role

Lyft is looking for a hands‑on Candidate Experience Lead to own the day‑to‑day operations of its talent acquisition coordination team. This hybrid role blends people management with direct contribution to scheduling, process improvement and cross‑functional projects, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Set and enforce scheduling service level agreements (SLAs) for turnaround times, ticket pickups and interview confirmations.
• Identify process gaps early, use data to drive decisions, and lead automation or simplification initiatives.
• Coach, onboard and develop team members, providing actionable feedback and fostering comfort with new tools.
• Gather candidate feedback, pinpoint pain points in scheduling or communication, and implement human‑ and technology‑based solutions.
• Maintain deep expertise in scheduling systems, coordination workflows, data hygiene and automation, using this knowledge to mentor and improve the team.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers to align coordination strategy with broader TA OKRs.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a coordination team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
