Cabinetry Data Entry & Programmer

About the role

Norelco Cabinets Ltd is seeking an experienced Cabinetry Data Entry & Programmer for its Hawaii Division. The role translates approved cabinetry drawings into manufacturing‑ready data, enters detailed specifications into the company’s software, and ensures all production information is accurate, complete, and ready for release.

Key responsibilities

• Input cabinet specifications, materials, hardware, finishes, and project details accurately into cabinetry manufacturing software.
• Generate production‑ready information based on approved drawings and specifications.
• Review programmed projects for accuracy before release to production and maintain project records.
• Interpret architectural, design, and cabinetry drawings, flagging discrepancies or missing information.
• Collaborate with design, project management, purchasing, and production teams to ensure project accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on dimensions, materials, finishes, and hardware to minimize manufacturing errors.
• Recommend and support process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of cabinetry programming and/or data entry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the cabinetry industry.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and manufacturing processes.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting cabinetry shop drawings.
• Experience working with cabinetry manufacturing software.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
