Busser / Dishwasher – Food & Beverage Team

About the role

Join the Wild Wing team at Canlan Sports as a Busser/Dishwasher. You will support the food and beverage operation by maintaining clean dining areas and ensuring all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly washed and sanitized.

Key responsibilities

• Clear, sanitize, and set tables for new guests.
• Assist servers with delivering orders and refilling water.
• Operate and maintain dish machines according to manufacturer specifications.
• Restock clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Clean and sanitize additional restaurant areas as needed.
• Complete opening and closing procedures based on shift requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Previous food and beverage experience is an asset.
• Outgoing, positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Knowledge of proper detergent and sanitizer measurements.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.60 to $17.80.
