About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Consultant to provide expert insights and support the development of AI models that emulate real‑world management consulting practices. This remote contract position offers flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices.
• Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver high‑quality written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate remotely with the client’s team to support training and evaluation of AI models from a consulting perspective.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay updated on management consulting trends to provide current, impactful input.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a management consultant, preferably with a top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver practical, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams in remote environments.
