About the role
The Business Management Analyst will analyze managerial methods, conduct quality audits, and develop quality management standards to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on managerial methods and organizational structure.
- Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and assurance standards.
- Research efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
- Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures.
- Supervise and train staff, providing customer service.
- Oversee development of communication strategies and service quality assessment.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate/diploma (1‑2 years).
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
- Client focus, excellent written communication and time‑management skills.
