About the role
SWTCH is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across North America. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will create and nurture direct sales, channel, and technology partnerships that expand our EV charging solutions for multifamily and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities
- Research and qualify prospective accounts in targeted markets, moving leads to closed agreements.
- Understand industry, company, and project dynamics to craft effective market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet milestones and drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new prospects.
- Stay informed on product offerings, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
- Record all customer activity in the CRM platform.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary degree.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management.
- Background in real estate, transportation, energy, or related sectors.
- Strong organizational, strategic planning, and presentation abilities.
- Passion for clean energy and mobility.
