About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with advisors, creating new business opportunities for the company. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to execute strategic plans.
Key responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships to grow the business.
- Manage a defined territory and build a territory plan with measurable outcomes.
- Apply strong time‑management and forecasting discipline to ensure project success.
- Think critically when planning and executing strategies.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of industry‑related business development experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to design and execute successful business development strategies.
- Focused, goal‑oriented, and proactive with a consultative selling background.
- Team player who values relationship building and leads with curiosity.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $120,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
- Variable compensation and on‑target earnings based on seniority and role level.
