About the role

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers/Value Village, you will lead a team of associates to deliver an exceptional thrift‑shopping experience while supporting the company’s mission of championing reuse. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure merchandise is presented attractively, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑end, production, and community donation areas to meet store targets.
• Coach, develop, and schedule team members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Track sales data and report performance to district leadership.
