Black Kite Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Black Kite Consultant to lead the design and large‑scale implementation of a Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) program for a major banking client in Toronto. The role will modernise vendor‑risk processes, moving from legacy manual tools such as RSA Archer to an automated, intelligence‑driven platform powered by Black Kite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory and strategy efforts for Black Kite deployment within the bank’s TPRM programme.
• Assess current‑state TPRM workflows and legacy platforms, identify gaps and recommend optimisation.
• Define the future‑state operating model, including governance, lifecycle processes and risk segmentation.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on third‑party cyber risk intelligence and align Black Kite capabilities with enterprise risk objectives.
• Collaborate with risk, cyber security, procurement, compliance and business units to shape the implementation roadmap.
• Develop rollout plans, adoption strategies and integration designs with existing systems (e.g., RSA Archer, procurement tools).
• Establish risk scoring, vendor tiering and continuous monitoring methodologies using Black Kite data.
• Support change‑management activities, executive presentations and stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing or supporting Black Kite in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Third‑Party Risk Management within a regulated industry, preferably banking.
• Hands‑on experience with RSA Archer or similar legacy GRC platforms.
