Bilingual Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Canada

About the role

Trevor Frances Recruitment is recruiting, on behalf of a global manufacturer of unique industrial components, a bilingual Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and market expansion across Ontario and Eastern Canada. The role covers OEM and distributor growth, with full professional English and French and a territory from Thunder Bay eastward to the Canadian East Coast. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market penetration across the assigned territory
• Execute and adapt global sales strategies to regional customer segments and industry applications
• Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers and key end users
• Prospect new business and expand existing accounts
• Build market presence and promote product solutions in the region
• Provide technical sales support, product training and customer guidance
• Partner with channel representatives and networks to grow revenue
• Identify emerging applications, industries and sales channels
• Support digital marketing and lead generation
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting and reporting through CRM systems

Required profile

• Full professional bilingualism in English and French
• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate, or equivalent education and experience
• Proven track record in industrial or technical sales, account management and business development
• Prior experience in the powertrain industry is highly beneficial
