Bilingual Mutual Funds Representative – Remote

About the role

Join BMO’s Investment Centre as a Bilingual Mutual Funds Representative working fully from home. You will provide investment advice and support to Canadian customers in both French and English, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, guiding them through account onboarding, mutual fund and term investment transactions.
• Assess client financial objectives and recommend appropriate investment products and services.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and BMO’s approved procedures while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
• Build trust‑based relationships and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for wealth‑management inquiries.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in finance, wealth management or a call‑center environment.
• Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC).
• Strong understanding of investment products, market trends and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Canadian securities regulations and mutual fund products.
