Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter (English & French) – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are seeking a high‑volume Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from posting and sourcing to pre‑screening and coordinating interviews—supporting national hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑impact recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Canada.
• Source and pre‑screen large volumes of candidates via job boards, social media, networking and targeted outreach.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule follow‑up interviews with hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) strategically for candidate attraction.
• Maintain and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage workflow efficiently.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑volume, national recruitment.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a passion for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
