Bilingual Food Service Supervisor – Canada

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Food Service Supervisor to lead daily operations in restaurants across multiple Canadian cities. The role is ideal for candidates with supervisory experience who are eager to build a long‑term career in Canada’s hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food service staff.
• Ensure food preparation and service meet quality and presentation standards.
• Train, schedule, and support employees to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Functional proficiency in French and English (CLB 5 or higher).
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligible for a Canadian work permit or already holding valid Canadian work status.
