Bilingual Data Entry Specialist

About the role

This position supports patient programs and pharmaceutical services within a highly regulated healthcare environment. Working in both English and French, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of medical and patient data across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain patient records in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Process, scan, label, and organize incoming and outgoing documents, including faxes and clinical records.
• Perform regular data quality checks and correct inconsistencies.
• Support pharmacovigilance activities by handling and documenting clinical information.
• Respond to medical or program inquiries using approved FAQs and internal guidance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify data requirements and ensure completeness.
• Assist with workload distribution, shift coverage, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related healthcare environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during peak periods.
