About the role
The Beverage Service Manager will lead all aspects of beverage operations at Jacobs & Company Steakhouse. This full‑time, permanent role involves overseeing inventory, budgeting, staff performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor daily operations, evaluate performance, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise beverage staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory of wines, wine glassware, and other supplies.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering and facility use.
- Handle customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
- Organize and control costs of products and services.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in beverage or restaurant management.
- Availability to work evenings, mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
