Beverage Service Manager – Restaurant

About the role

The Beverage Service Manager will lead all aspects of beverage operations at Jacobs & Company Steakhouse. This full‑time, permanent role involves overseeing inventory, budgeting, staff performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Monitor daily operations, evaluate performance, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise beverage staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory of wines, wine glassware, and other supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering and facility use.
• Handle customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
• Organize and control costs of products and services.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in beverage or restaurant management.
• Availability to work evenings, mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
