Restaurant Manager – Toronto

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Toronto location. The role involves overseeing service delivery, staff performance, and ensuring a high‑quality dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily restaurant operations and implement service procedures.
• Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise staff across all areas.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies while controlling costs.
• Develop staff schedules and manage labor expenses.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and implement promotional activities.
• Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Team player who can lead and motivate staff.
• Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant dining environment.
