About the role
COGNITIA Healthcare Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Behavioural Therapist to join its Richmond team. The role involves delivering evidence‑based therapy, developing individualized treatment plans, and applying psychological theory to support client wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapy to clients using behavioural modification techniques.
- Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Apply psychological theory and principles related to behaviour and mental processes.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal awareness.
- Dependable and reliable team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sound judgement, values and ethics.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) knowledge and certification.
