Beauty Advisor - Luxe Skincare

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty team in Vancouver as a Beauty Advisor specializing in luxe skincare. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent premium brands in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and follow‑up.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and management on merchandising and marketing opportunities.
• Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods about events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with privacy and security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
