Base Area Operator

About the role

Join Whistler Blackcomb’s Base Area Operations team for the Summer 2026 season. As a Base Area Operator you will help create a welcoming first impression for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the resort’s valley locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain building cleanliness and frequent washroom cleaning at all four main valley locations.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins in common areas.
• Perform snow removal (winter only) and grounds upkeep.
• Conduct indoor cleaning and minor facility maintenance.
• Manage guest pick‑up and drop‑off zones and assist with parking efficiency.
• Support other resort areas as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work full‑time hours during the summer season.
• Willingness to live on‑site (housing provided).
• Motivated and customer‑focused attitude.
