Banking Advisor

About the role

National Bank is looking for a Banking Advisor to provide a people‑centric experience for branch clients. You will use analytical abilities and a friendly approach to help personal and small‑business customers with transactions, investments, financing, insurance and estate planning.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to client needs, resolve complex situations and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide advice and appropriate solutions for personal and small‑business banking services.
• Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specialized needs.
• Maintain compliance with risk‑management and regulatory rules.
• Support mutual‑fund transactions after obtaining the required licence.

Required profile

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Experience in advisory services.
