About the role
The company is seeking an Automobile Detailing Supervisor to lead a small cleaning team, ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness, and manage budgeting for detailing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train and schedule cleaning staff (3‑4 members).
- Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for detailing operations.
- Recommend and arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners with duties and coordinate activities with other departments.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or detailing supervision.
- Ability to work in noisy, dusty, outdoor environments.
- Valid driver’s licence (checked for security).
- Availability to start on the posted start date and work early‑morning or day shifts.
