Associate Producer – Travel Deals

About the role

Travelzoo’s Production team creates and curates travel offers for its members. As an Associate Producer you will blend research, writing, client liaison and performance analysis to bring the best deals to market.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate travel offers, determining their true value for members.
• Write clear, accurate, and engaging descriptions of travel opportunities.
• Test‑book deals, keep them up‑to‑date, and pitch top selections to Publishers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to develop and grow client relationships.
• Monitor deal performance, make data‑driven adjustments, and ensure client expectations are met.

Required profile

• Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital media, PR, advertising or a similar discipline.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgement, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in a language other than English (preferred) and experience living internationally.
• Passion for travel with personal travel‑booking experience.
• Empathetic, hands‑on, and innovative working style.
