Associate Family Lawyer (Litigation) – Kelowna/Vancouver

About the role

Rogers Law Group is seeking an associate family lawyer with litigation experience to join its team in either Kelowna or Vancouver. The role offers a blend of remote work and access to office space for court preparation and client meetings, with a future hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage family law, civil, and estate litigation files from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, settlement proposals, and correspondence.
• Attend trials, applications, mediations, and discovery sessions.
• Conduct legal research, review documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with support staff and fellow lawyers to advance matters efficiently.

Required profile

• Called to the Bar in British Columbia.
• 2 to 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to high‑quality client service.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
