Assistant/Associate Professor (Clinical) – Nuclear Medicine

About the role

The Department of Diagnostic Radiology at McGill University and the MUHC are seeking a Nuclear Medicine specialist to join the Division of Nuclear Medicine as an Assistant or Associate Professor (Clinical). This full‑time, contract academic staff position involves clinical service, teaching, and research across a high‑volume teaching hospital network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical Nuclear Medicine services at all MUHC sites, including PET/CT, SPECT/CT, theranostics, nuclear cardiology, and pediatric nuclear imaging.
• Participate in undergraduate, graduate and residency teaching programs.
• Develop and lead research projects in diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of sub‑specialists and support staff.
• Contribute to departmental service lines and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Nuclear Medicine physician with expertise in theranostics, nuclear cardiology and pediatric nuclear medicine.
• Demonstrated experience in high‑volume clinical practice and academic environments.
• Strong record of teaching, mentorship and scholarly activity.
