About the role

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Matrix Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts. This onsite role blends operational oversight with team leadership, ensuring smooth front desk, bell, and night audit functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily front office operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management of Guest Services, Bell and Night Audit teams.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies while maintaining brand standards.
• Coordinate shift communications, delegate follow‑up actions, and support revenue adjustments.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hospitality management or supervisory experience.
• Upbeat, engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.
