About the role
Join Demetres, a beloved dessert destination in Mississauga, and become part of a team that crafts handcrafted desserts and ice‑cream in a lively restaurant setting. As an Artisan you will rotate through several specializations, gaining experience across the front‑of‑house and kitchen operations while delivering memorable experiences to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare handcrafted desserts and craft ice‑cream treats.
- Serve guests at tables, take orders and handle payments.
- Make coffee and tea beverages as a barista.
- Welcome and seat guests as a host.
- Operate the music system as a Dish Jockey (DJ) when needed.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering “wow” experiences.
- Flexibility to work late hours and rotate among multiple specializations.
- Alignment with Demetres’ guiding principles: Deliver Wow, Own It, Better Together, Hustle Always, Towards Perfection.
