Architectural Technologist

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our design and construction team. The successful candidate will work on‑site, creating detailed design documentation and supporting the delivery of commercial, institutional and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create three‑dimensional (3‑D) models using computer‑aided design (CAD) software.
• Produce two‑dimensional (2‑D) construction drawings with CAD.
• Prepare project proposals and presentation graphics.
• Analyse technical documents and reports to inform design decisions.
• Assist in supervising construction activities and monitor work progress.
• Develop working drawings, architectural and display models.
• Support design development and interior space planning.

Required profile

• College or CEGEP diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer‑aided design (CAD) for both 2‑D drafting and 3‑D modeling.
