Appliance Repair Shop Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Shop Supervisor to lead our team of electric appliance servicers and repairers. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring productivity, and maintaining high safety standards in our Etobicoke facility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other operational reports.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity.
• Supervise a crew of 5‑10 workers and manage repair projects.
• Coordinate and schedule work activities across shifts.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new technicians.
• Organise training sessions or arrange external training.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and collaborate with other units.
