AI Career Guidance Evaluator – Medical Doctor (Remote)

About the role

Alignerr is seeking licensed Medical Doctors or Physicians to help improve AI‑generated career guidance for healthcare professionals. This fully remote, flexible contract allows you to apply your clinical expertise and knowledge of Canadian medical training pathways to ensure AI recommendations are accurate, realistic, and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Review career‑related questions submitted by medical professionals at various stages of their careers.
• Write high‑quality “golden answers” that provide expert‑level guidance.
• Create objective rubrics to evaluate AI‑generated career advice.
• Identify and flag inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete AI recommendations.
• Contribute real‑world insights on Canadian residency, fellowship, licensing, and clinical career progression.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Licensed Medical Doctor or Physician with active professional experience in Canada.
• Strong understanding of Canadian medical training pathways, including residency and fellowship.
• Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
