Admixture Production Operator – Day Shift

About the role

The Admixture Operator works on the day shift to produce Sika's liquid admixture products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role ensures efficient plant operations, quality control, and safe handling of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Produce liquid admixture products by following Sika’s formulas and procedures.
• Batch raw materials, operate mixers, and keep accurate production records.
• Wash and load tanker trucks for bulk shipments and complete trip sheet documentation.
• Label and prepare pails, drums, or totes for non‑bulk orders.
• Test product samples for quality control and enter results into SAP.
• Communicate any non‑conformances to the Group Leader or Production Supervisor.
• Perform equipment calibrations, preventive maintenance, and routine housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts and other plant equipment safely.
• Participate in production planning and raw‑material ordering.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with construction materials.
• Computer literacy; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is an asset.
• Forklift certification is an asset (training provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures.
