Accountant – Manage Balance Sheets & Supervise Team

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing a small team, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems.
- Supervise and train a team of 3‑4 staff members.
- Arrange ongoing training for accounting personnel.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Recommend improvements to accounting processes and management practices.
- Develop and maintain cost reporting and internal control procedures.
- Examine accounting records and keep financial records up to date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Experience supervising a small team (3‑4 people).
Required skills
- Proficiency with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
