About the role

As a proactive Account Executive at Bosch Building Technologies, you will drive revenue growth by selling integrated security, networking/data cabling, and commercial audio‑visual solutions. You will build and nurture customer relationships, expand the client base, and leverage your technical market knowledge to identify and close new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and get approval for an annual sales plan and develop a strategic market approach.
  • Generate new business while deepening relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and other departments to promote integrated security systems.
  • Present and propose innovative security and infrastructure solutions.
  • Maintain CRM activities, track opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Monitor competitive trends to keep Bosch offerings cutting‑edge.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of industry experience in technical sales.
  • Continuing education valued – technical, associate, bachelor’s degree or security certifications.
  • Proven outside‑sales experience in integrated security, networking/data cabling, or commercial AV.
  • Experience selling complex solutions such as access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, or corporate AV.
  • Preferred experience in IT, telecommunications, engineering, or related sectors.
