Account Executive

About the role

Veriforce, a leader in contractor compliance and supply chain risk management, is seeking an Account Executive to own a defined geographic territory in the Greater Toronto Area. You will drive new‑business growth across key industrial sectors, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across the territory.
• Execute outbound and account‑based prospecting in partnership with BDRs.
• Lead structured discovery using MEDDIC/BANT to qualify deals and uncover business drivers.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and develop ROI‑driven business cases.
• Negotiate value‑based proposals, manage commercial negotiations and close new ARR.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding new‑business quota.
• Experience selling into industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger) and disciplined CRM habits.
• Hunter mindset with comfort in outbound prospecting and long sales cycles.
• Executive presence and ability to multi‑thread across operations, HSE, procurement and C‑suite.
