About the role

The World Waterpark Guest Services Attendant provides friendly and efficient service to all visitors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience throughout the park.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a communications relay between aquatics, management, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
• Sell admissions for the Special Needs Access door, assisting guests with disabilities or strollers.
• Provide information about attractions and answer guest inquiries.
• Book and rent private cabanas and supply related details.
• Address guest concerns, handle lost‑child situations, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked office area.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cashier or receptionist in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for service with strong guest‑service orientation.
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking communication skills.
• Superior problem‑solving ability and calmness under stress or emergencies.
• Ability to pass a basic security clearance.
