Workday Certified HCM & Recruiting Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified HCM & Recruiting Lead to join its advisory team. You will work on large, complex global engagements, helping clients migrate and optimize their HR and recruiting processes in the cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the HCM & Recruiting workstream on Workday implementation projects.
• Develop workplans, manage risk, budget, resources and client relationships for global engagements.
• Research and resolve day‑to‑day Workday HCM & Recruiting issues.
• Configure Workday based on evolving requirements and support regular and special HR processes.
• Provide guidance on legal, regulatory and year‑end reporting within Workday.
• Manage small on‑shore and off‑shore functional teams.
• Architect cohesive Workday HCM & Recruiting solutions and advise clients on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or supporting Workday HCM and Recruiting implementations.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage project risk, budget and resources.
• Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams.
