Vice President of Operations & Systems

About the role

Mine & Yours is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Vice President of Operations & Systems to evaluate, streamline, and modernize the way the business runs across retail, e‑commerce, inventory, logistics and vendor management. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this senior leader will design an integrated, scalable operating model supported by the right processes, systems and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of current workflows across all business functions and identify friction points.
• Design and implement scalable operating models, SOPs and best‑practice frameworks to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness and execution.
• Strengthen inventory management controls, including counts, accuracy, reporting and visibility.
• Leverage AI tools, automation and analytics to redesign operational workflows and enhance decision‑making.
• Partner with finance to support planning, budgeting and data‑driven insights.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost productivity, employee experience and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline processes, improve accountability and reduce loss.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in operations, process optimisation and systems integration.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a data‑driven mindset.
• Track record of leading large‑scale change initiatives in retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work from Vancouver or Toronto.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled solutions, automation and analytics.
