Part-Time Merchandiser (Warehouse/Grocery)

About the role

At Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) we are looking for reliable, energetic part‑time Merchandisers to support a leading manufacturer’s Direct Store Delivery program in big‑box retail stores across Vancouver. You will work directly with the client’s products after delivery, keeping shelves and displays organized, stocked and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products following DSD deliveries.
• Rotate items to ensure freshness and quality.
• Build and maintain displays and promotional signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and process damaged, expired or unsaleable products.
• Keep products neatly arranged and ready for shoppers.
• Use smartphone applications to collect data, take photos and complete reports.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse or merchandising environments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting with clear productivity expectations.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, stretch and stand for extended periods.
• Confident communication with store management, staff and other vendors.
• Independent work style with effective daily priority management.
• Professional appearance, attitude and conduct at all times.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
