Vice President, Human Resources

About the role

Rodan Energy Solutions is seeking a senior HR leader to own the people mandate across North America. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Human Resources will drive talent acquisition and leadership development while aligning people strategy with the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale a talent acquisition engine that attracts A‑players at every level across Canada, the US and future international markets.
• Design and deliver learning programs that develop industry expertise and leadership capability for all employees.
• Partner with the executive team to align workforce planning, organizational design and people strategy with growth priorities.
• Lead the HR & Talent Acquisition team covering performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations and compliance.
• Develop scalable people programs that improve performance, retention, succession, internal mobility and culture.
• Own and evolve the HR technology stack (BambooHR, JazzHR, Pave, Juicebox, Microsoft 365) and champion AI‑driven automation.
• Leverage people data and employee feedback for continuous improvement and manage external partners such as legal counsel and benefits providers.

Required profile

• Senior HR leadership experience in a fast‑growing, multi‑geography organization.
• Proven success building or rebuilding talent acquisition functions that consistently secure top talent.
• Demonstrated ability to design and run leadership and development programs with measurable impact.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design and talent strategy.
• Data‑driven business partnering experience with senior executives.
• Experience implementing AI‑driven HR operations.
• Builder’s mindset with a focus on scaling people processes.
