Transfer Agent – Sales Call Center

About the role

Pitch Perfect Solutions is seeking motivated Transfer Agents to join a fast‑growing sales team. In this remote, full‑time position you will use an automated dialing platform to engage consumers, verify their information and transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance agents.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using the provided automated dialing system.
• Verify customer details and build rapport during each conversation.
• Generate excitement about the offered insurance products.
• Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents and record successful transfers.
• Achieve performance‑based commissions and bonuses.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center, sales, appointment‑setting or transfer role is preferred.
• Competitive, results‑driven personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and a coachable attitude.
• Desire to earn income well above average through commissions.

• Base pay of $15 USD per hour for U.S. applicants (or $19.50 CAD for Canadian applicants).
• Uncapped commissions and weekly bonuses, with top performers earning $33 +/hour.
• Bi‑weekly direct deposit and a full‑time Monday‑Friday schedule (9 AM‑6 PM EST).
• Automated dialing system, proven scripts and comprehensive training.
• Remote work setup – you provide a Windows PC (i5 or better), 8 GB RAM, wired internet and a USB headset.
