About the role
Padgett Surrey is seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join its hybrid team in Surrey, BC. This contract position blends office work with remote days, allowing you to engage prospective and existing clients while supporting the firm’s financial advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls following scripted dialogues to introduce Padgett Surrey’s tax, accounting, and payroll services.
- Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule appointments for advisors.
- Update contact details and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets and maintain accurate call records.
- Collaborate with the local team to refine messaging and share prospect feedback.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Clear verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
- Experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
