Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Oakville. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise job boards, social media, networking and other channels to source qualified technical candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates' technical competencies.
• Lead in‑depth technical interviews and assessments to determine fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with hiring targets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and recruitment procedures.
• Track recruitment metrics, report progress to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to work onsite at our Oakville office.
• Availability to work standard hours, 10 am – 5 pm.
