Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Oakville. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and hiring top technical talent to support our growing engineering and product teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract technical candidates using job boards, social media, networking and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications.
• Lead in‑depth technical interviews and assessments to determine fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that meet hiring targets and timelines.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, company policies and procedures.
• Track recruitment metrics, report progress to stakeholders and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to work onsite at our Oakville office.
• Availability to work standard hours from 10 am to 5 pm.
