Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and assess diverse IT candidates using your network and Experis technology platforms.
• Partner with clients ranging from global tech giants to innovative start‑ups to understand their talent needs.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on talent strategies and how Experis can address their hiring challenges.
• Achieve performance targets through proactive sourcing, relationship building, and agile response to market changes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system.
