Technical Recruiter – Agency Staffing

About the role

CompuStaff is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join its fast‑moving agency team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technology talent with client organisations across North and South America.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology professionals within assigned verticals.
• Source candidates through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach and direct recruiting.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical fit, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
• Manage contract consultants, negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
• Perform reference and background checks and provide coaching to candidates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, agency recruitment, business development or a similar performance‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• High sense of urgency, accountability and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
