Technical Advisor – Commercial (Roofing & Solar)

About the role

Join Penfolds Roofing & Solar as a Technical Advisor – Commercial, supporting the growing demand for roofing and renewable‑energy solutions across the Lower Mainland. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and the sales team, delivering accurate estimates and guiding clients toward the best roofing and solar options.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed estimates, quotations, and proposals that meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Conduct on‑site and virtual meetings to build trust and drive business growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, challenges, and feedback.
• Manage the full sales cycle and maintain an active pipeline within the designated territory.
• Identify, engage, and educate potential customers on product offerings.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Ensure a high‑quality, responsive customer experience.
• Organize personal scheduling and follow‑up activities independently.

Required profile

• Strong ownership and accountability throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical knowledge into clear client conversations.
• Reliability and consistency in meeting commitments.
• Consultative approach with genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Valid BC driver’s license.
