Team Manager – Retail Sales & Operations (Vancouver)

About the role

The Team Manager will support the Director in leading the sales, operations and security teams of a Tiffany store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and delivering an exceptional guest experience. When the Director is absent, the Team Manager assumes full store oversight, acting as a key driver of performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships to exceed sales and product category targets.
• Motivate and coach the team on the sales floor, personally engaging with high‑value clients.
• Lead client development activities and drive business through key product pillars.
• Model a client‑centric approach, delivering “Tiffany Touch” moments and improving the Tiffany Experience Index.
• Recruit, train, retain and develop a high‑performing, multilingual team.
• Champion operational efficiency, ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain back‑of‑house standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or comparable customer‑focused experience.
• Proven track record of generating sales and meeting performance KPIs.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and sustain client relationships.
